Behind NorthLux
I’m Lisa, founder of NorthLux Hospitality Co. My background is in resort hospitality and residential real estate sales. The short-term rental space was a natural landing - it’s where those two worlds converge, and partnering with second home owners and investors to serve their real estate goals is what I genuinely love to do.
At NorthLux, we work with property owners who want a partner who treats their home like the asset it is. Dynamic pricing, multi-platform distribution, market analysis, systems built to protect your property and optimize your returns. We run the numbers because the numbers matter.
And because hospitality is the heart of our business, the experience side never gets treated as an afterthought. The properties we manage carry a standard of care that guests feel - in the details, in the design, in the stay itself.
NorthLux is a boutique property management company, founded by my husband Kase and me, and supported by a dedicated team of vetted cleaning specialists, maintenance professionals, who know these properties and hold every turnover to our standard. We currently serve properties across New England, with a focus on the unique charm of New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine.
This region is home. We snowboard, we explore, we know these towns and mountains the way our guests hope to. That intimacy shapes everything- how we position a property, what we put in the welcome, the recommendations that make a stay feel curated rather than generic. The charm of New England is our inspiration. Great stays and strong returns are the result.
