I’m Lisa Esposito, founder of NorthLux Hospitality Co. My background in high-end resorts and spas taught me that the best guest experiences don’t happen by accident—they’re carefully designed, down to the smallest detail.
That understanding, combined with my passion for hospitality, design, and real estate, lead me to short-term rental management, where I help property owners create stays that feel polished, inviting, and unforgettable.
NorthLux Hospitality is a family-owned and operated company serving properties across New England—focused on the unique charm of New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine.
This region isn’t just where we work, it’s where we live and raise our son. My husband spends his winters fishing on frozen lakes, our little one is learning to ski, and together we’ve built a business rooted in the beauty and rhythm of this place. From the quiet stillness of snow-covered towns to the buzz of summer trailheads, I’ve come to know what guests are seeking and what sets an exceptional stay apart from an average one.
